TCP 25

Synopsis

I was nothing more than an ordinary palace maid when I accidentally overheard the Crown Prince’s secret. The fiancée who had run away from the Crown Prince was actually a man?! “Please spare me! I’ll do anything!” “Anything?” When I nodded vigorously, the Crown Prince smiled coldly. There was only one way to escape being murdered to keep his secret safe! “Then you’ll do.” “Do what?” “Be my fiancée.” And just like that, I became the Crown Prince’s substitute fiancée. “I’ll spare your life if you make it through the ball in two weeks without any problems.” Trusting those words, I did my best to endure everything. The ball went off without a hitch, but… …Why isn’t he saying he’ll let me go? “Since that person will be returning soon, I suppose I should leave now.” “Who said you could decide that?” I thought I was nothing more than a stand-in. “You’re not going anywhere. From now on, you’re the only fiancée I have.”   …Suddenly, the Crown Prince started acting strangely.
