Synopsis
“I don’t do it with kids.”
From the matchmaking meeting to marriage, only two months had passed.
Jian finally became the wife of her long-awaited first love, but to Dogeon, she was nothing more than a wife bound to him through a marriage of convenience.
“What kind of child is having a child?”
Months passed without them even spending their first night together, living as nothing more than a show-window couple. Jian could no longer afford to wait. She had discovered the existence of a prenuptial agreement she had never known about:
If Jian failed to become pregnant within three years, they would divorce.
“If it’s because it’s your first time and you feel pressured… should I, um… go learn about it?”
She didn’t want to end up divorced without doing anything.
Unable to resist any longer, Jian finally managed to break down Dogeon’s defenses—he who had pushed her away over trivial things, even teasing that the fine hairs on her earlobe made her seem too childlike.
“Oppaa…”
“What is it, Han Jian?”
Pressing down on the trembling Jian with the audacity of a rogue, Dogeon murmured:
“You said you wanted a baby.”
The price of her provocation continued throughout the night.
“At least… hng… this isn’t… how I imagined it.”
Despite his words of self-reproach, his actions remained merciless.
“Then why did you come at me? You should’ve stayed still while I was trying to go easy on you.”
