Synopsis

A year ago, news arrived of her missing sister’s death.
Yoo-eul learns, far too late, that her sister had a child—and sets out to find her nephew.

“I’d like to take my nephew with me, with his consent.”

But the child’s uncle—Seo Ji-hyeok, younger brother of the biological father—was a complete madman.

“Stop bothering me and get lost. That kid is my cash cow.”

He claims the boy is essential for continuing the family line—and also his personal money source—so he can’t possibly let the child go.
A man cold as the Grim Reaper, handsome looks being his only redeeming trait.
How can her nephew be left with someone like that?

Thus begins the ping-pong battle between Yoo-eul, who’s determined to take her nephew, and Ji-hyeok, who refuses to let him go.

“Is my nephew doing okay? At least let me check if he’s alive!”
“Before I get pissed off enough to dump the kid somewhere, quit it.”

Then one day, the child falls ill.

“This happened because you’re not taking proper care of him! Didn’t you say you’re rich? Why does someone with money let a kid get sick and crushed like this!”

And so begins their joint childcare.

But strangely enough…
Maybe they grew attached from clashing so often while taking care of the child.

“How is it that you require more looking after than Do-ha? Honestly, Miss Han Yoo-eul.”
“……”
“Lie down. I’ll put you to sleep.”

The crazy guy now wants to take care of her.

“Are you asking if last night was a mistake?”
—Uh. Yes. I mean… was it something impulsive?
